These cupcakes were absolutely delicious. I probably should’ve blogged earlier about them because now I don’t really remember anything. I just know that I love lemon meringue pie and these cupcakes were basically just as good.

I waited too long to blog about this…so I don’t remember much. All I remember is that I added half the amount of butter that it said and they tasted fine. I might do that from now on because I like it when it’s less buttery yayyy.
